Odds and Ends From Sony’s Press Conference

Hey all, I’m back from the Sony Conference safe and sound. Just some stuff to clear up:

-I can’t upload the demos from the conference because they were not saved to my memory card.
-The other PSP downloads were apparently chock full of content: interviews, music, pictures, and in-game videos – I’ll upload it ASAP.
-Due to not having WiFi, and having a pretty good seat, I videotaped the whole conference. It’s a little shaky because I didn’t use a tripod, and I needed to change both the battery and tape of the camcorder mid-conference, but I think it came out nicely. We’re working on getting it up as we speak.
-I’m neither over nor underwhelmed by the Press Conference. The games look great, but there was no ‘bombshell’ announcement that the industry was anticipating.
-There’s a lot to be said about the games, even if you think you know it all and seen the pics. Fact sheets were given out after the event, so I’ll be updating soon with that information.

Basically, at this rate, I’ll be writing about Sony’s offerings forever.

With Sony’s Press Conference done, I feel that the way has been paved for Nintendo to simply blow gamers away. We’ll find out tomorrow, live again, at 9:30AM in the Nintendo PC.
