PAD Tester v.1.00 for 2.71 SE-A (non-LUA Version)

PAD Tester v.1.00 for 2.71 SE-A (non-LUA Version)

In the wake of the earlier release of SuperbatXS’s LUA Button Tester and guide, a forum member who goes by the moniker The Unique Warrior decided to make his own button tester in C++ since SuperbatXS‘s tester was in LUA. The result is PAD Tester, a non-LUA button tester that works with DA 2.71 SE-A.

It works pretty much like the aforementioned LUA Button Tester and is just as useful when it comes to testing out if your buttons are still in good shape. When you press a button on your PSP, the name of the corresponding button shown on the screen will light up. PAD Tester can also detect if you have a UMD in your PSP. In the presence of a UMD, the words “UMD Present” turns red. If there is no UMD, they’ll remain blue.
