Homebrew coder liquidzigong is back in the homebrew scene to release a new version of Prometheus module, a handy homebrew app that allows you to play 6.20 firmware games on your 5.XX custom firmwares without any plug-ins.

 

Changelog:

  • Repair golden strings 3 can not run in the final version of the question 0.3
  • Add MGSPW features free installation. Please use the MGSPW directory module. Method see: here

 

And per our previous post, here’s the installation process using the WQSG_UMD Tool, as posted by matchung over at the Endless Paradigm forum: 

  1. Use WQSG_UMD ( UMDGEN / WinRAR to extract the original PSP_GAME\SYSDIR\EBOOT.BIN into a temp folder, decrypted, then rename to EBOOT.OLD
  2. Extract the prometheus.prx & EBOOT.BIN into above temp dir.
  3. Drag the three files and drop into WQSD_UMD.
  4. Done, copy the modified ISO to your MS
