Commercial tycoon sim games always bring me back to my short albeit entertaining stint with Theme Hospital and Startopia. I got to manage my own hospital complete with a dedicated nursing staff and anti-morphication ICUs, and build my own intergalactic space station to invite rock golem aliens and put up stellar disco establishments.

Now comes a cinema-managing sim game from Comport Interactive: Cinema Empire. As tycoon sim games go, you start out small and work your way up to cinematic glory of owning an entire chain of movie theaters. You’d have to manage your franchise, keeping an eye on the movies you show and employing staff – even down to choosing the type of popcorn you’d be selling!
