Retailer meeting leak: New Super Mario Bros. Wii Japan date and price

This is just a rumor for now, but leaks reports are coming from the Nintendo retailer meeting that the New Super Mario Bros. Wii has now been dated and priced for Japan. A couple of weeks back, Nintendo came out with the release dates for US and Europe.

Purported details point to a JPÂ¥ 5,800 (US$ 66) price tag and a December 3, 2009 release date. Again, this is in no way confirmed yet. Apart from that, new Wii remote colors will also supposedly be hitting the gaming streets of Japan, also on the same day, with the new shades of pink and blue.

Other tidbits coming from the said meeting point to a December 5 release for Pikachu‘s Big Adventure, and a December 17 launch for “loosely translated NHK Red and White Quiz Battle” for JPÂ¥  4,800 (US$ 54).
