NCsoft has just announced a new date for the in-game contest of MMORPG Richard Garriott’s Tabula Rasa. Judging from the looks of the said competition, it seems that the developers are encouraging players to visit the Public Test Server.

Accordingly, the winners of the contest titled Test Fest ’08 will be receiving a black armor dye which can be used in the live servers. Here’s the complete statement of NCsoft about the matter:

The promotion to win Black Armor Dye on the Live servers by playing on PTS, (named Test Fest ‘08) will be starting on Monday, January 21, 2008. Details about the promotion will be posted on when the contest begins.

Please note that all time played until Monday will not count towards this promotion. Hope to see you there!

We still have no idea about how the winners will be selected. But like we said, it seems that the PTS of Tabula Rasa needs some love from gamers. Why not help during Test Fest ’08 and profit from it too?
