Rising Force Online by CCR and Codemasters - Image 1North American publisher of the MMORPG Rising Force Online Codemasters has recently announced the opening of another new world dubbed “Solus”.

According to Codemasters, Solus was established to accommodate the massive influx of new players since Rising Force Online went from pay-to-pay to free-to-play two weeks ago.

The introduction of Solus isn’t the only item on Codemasters’ menu. The company is also preparing for the launch of “Planet Wars,” the next update for Rising Force Online, in the months to come.

The patch will allow Rising Force Online players to literally rise above the limitations of pure ground warfare and take their battles to outer space. Codemasters’ Rising Force Online is a hybrid science fiction-slash-fantasy MMORPG wherein three races compete for supremacy in the Novus galaxy.

The objects of contention for the three races are the Crag mines, which provide a wealth of mineral resources for any race fortunate enough to assume control over them.
