Rumor: Splinter Cell: Conviction also getting a hardware bundle

Final Fantasy XIII‘s not the only game rumored to be getting a new Xbox 360 bundle. Splinter Cell: Conviction is supposedly getting into the bundle act as well.

 

 

 

Final Fantasy XIII‘s not the only game rumored to be getting a new Xbox 360 bundle. Splinter Cell: Conviction is supposedly getting into the bundle act as well.

 

This comes from Ars Technica’s mole. Yes, the same guy who first broke the PS3 Slim story, among others. According to the Ars report, both bundles will come with 250GB consoles, a pair of controllers, a wired headset, and copies of their respective games for US$ 400 each.

 

The console bundled with Conviction will sport a black finish, while the one for FFXIII will be plain old white. The Conviction bundle’s wired headset and controllers will also come in black to complement the console. Both bundled consoles seem to be devoid of any game branding though.

 

The Splinter Cell: Conviction bundle is reportedly slated for release on the game’s April 13 launch. Same deal with the Final Fantasy XIII bundle’s release.
