Second Life: Grid and website difficulties subside

Yesterday, Linden Lab was swamped with numerous reports about some problems with group IMs and teleports. Aside from that, there were also reports on being suddenly logged out and the site being down.

After painstakingly investigating what is causing all these problems, they have already fixed the grid and websites.

They had to restrict log-in access to Lindens-only, in their effort to get to the bottom of this problem. At around 12:11 a.m. PST, they have re-opened log-ins and promised that the reported group IMs and teleport problems should subside.

Linden also warned of the slow pace in logging in since residents are most likely trying to get back at their Second Life sessions. Nice work on fixing the problem, Linden.
