TGS 2007: Onechanbara R gameplay video

Zombies. Can’t live with them… period. Thankfully, we have the Onechanbara girls in their cute cowboy-bikini outfits and ridiculously-sharp katanas to take care of business for us, and this time they’re doing it on the Nintendo Wii. We get a dose of that sexy blood-splattering action with D3Publisher‘s Onechanbara R, in this TGS 2007 gameplay video update.

While we all know that the Wii isn’t as powerful as its competitors, Onechanbara R on the Wii looks strikingly superb. There’s no discernable slowdown from the video that we could see, even when the player character is clearly getting mobbed by the game’s various monsters.

The gameplay mechanics seems to be intact as well, with you requiring to shake off the blood from your sword after you’ve stuck it in a zombie or two for maximum efficiency.

Onechanbara R is definitely looking sweet. Here’s to a US release, and enjoy the video!
