The WoW Breast Nerf disproved?

A lot of people have been… concerned over the alleged breast nerf in Blizzard‘s World of Warcraft. The nerf is said to reduce the size of the chests of the female characters in-game. There have been a quite a few posters who have questioned this said nerf and have tried to see if it really was implemented.

Xaviera on the WoW Forums did a comparison of the images, going so far as to super-impose one over the other to see if there was any change. To her surprise and the cheers of male players there was no difference. This brought most to the conclusion that the breast nerf does not exist.

However, some players have demanded proof that both photographs being compared were from different versions. Others have requested 3rd party verification. We won’t go into that but you can check the 3rd page on the forum for that. Needless to say this has been the topic of a lot of controversy, and I believe we will be covering this more in-depth as more information comes to light.

That said, there has been talk about a crotch nerf for the male characters in WoW. This looks to be another long running argument, but Xaviera has declined to solve this mystery. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t cover something like that as looking at Orc and Tauren crotches doesn’t sound too appealing.
