You have to buy a new 60 GB Xbox 360 or an Elite between January 15 to February 15. Then you have to write an essay on why you love your Xbox 360.
Oh, and you have to live in Hong Kong. Bah.
Still, it won’t be surprising if these suddenly pop up on eBay once they’re handed out to the winners. So if you don’t live in Hong Kong, might as well lurk auction sites and cross your fingers.
