Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam Video Demo

The first video demonstration for Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam has just popped up on YouTube for your viewing pleasure. Developed by Toys For Bob, this is the first skateboarding game to feature downhill racing as well as use of the Wiimote. As you can see in the video, the controller is used to turn, and you can even shake it to get up from falls faster or activate boost. The Wii version will include a multiplayer mode with support for at least 2 (and possibly 4) people head-to-head on the same screen. As you can see, this release steers away from the same formula we’re used to seeing in Tony Hawk games, and so far the developers are doing a great job with their innovative ideas.
