Tony Hawk’s Project 8 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 available-ish
As of writing, we’ve gotten word that both the demos of Activision‘s Tony Hawk’s Project 8 and Midway Games‘ Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 are already available for download…. For some. Because apparently, there was a programming glitch and not everyone is currently able to see the download in the Xbox Live Marketplace.
Major Nelson has just updated his blog though, and he said that THP8 is already glitch-free. He explained that the ops team had just been able to debug the system and it’s now viewable (except for those in Asia). As for UMK3, there’s still no word about it. Hopefully, in a few hours, Microsoft would be able to fix this. If you’re one of the lucky ones and can get the download, then good for you. The full version of the game is also available for 800 Microsoft Points.
Oh and hey! Maybe in the near future (like very near future, like maybe within-the-day future), we’d be able to post some reviews of these demos when we finally get to download them.
