Twilight Princess: Link as a cupcake…
How much does a parent love their child? Given all the ways we’ve seen people get creative as game fans, this event takes the cake…quite literally. When the parents of little Gia asked what she wanted for her birthday, the new Zelda fan (Twilight Princess at that) didn’t hesitate to ask for pastry – made to look like Link. Gia’s parents in turn called up a couple of willing relatives, who helped build this sweet little deal:
Yup – it’s in his original 8-bit form. The cake measures 36″ x 44″, and is made from 143 individual cupcakes. Kudos to Gia’s parents for this unique gift of love. As a point of comparison, here are more pics of the original 8-bit Link, sided with his Twilight Princess incarnation:
