In his RPG for the DS, we discover more about Tingle’s daily routine in Mogitate Tingle no Barairo Rupee Land. The title in english stands for Tingle’s Freshly-picked Rose-Colored Rupee Land.
In this game, we discover who Tingle is, a quiet man who live a rather quiet life. It wasn’t until he had an epiphany to visit The Spring to which an old man told him that if he earned enough Rupee, he would be taken to paradise where all his dreams would be fulfilled. The old man then turns our 35-year-old character to the Tingle that we know! And he begins his adventures with a bunch of games that would let him trade and earn cash to get his paradise. When he gets cash, he must throw it to the spring which in turn will make a level of a tower whenever he manages to garner enough cash.
Getting cash can prove to be a difficult task as Tingle is handling a business. There are times when he has to spend some things in order to earn more. Hence, Tingle’s game is really teaching its players the consequences of some basic credit and debit issues. Saving up for your dream might be the objective of this game. Your ultimate downfall is your bankruptcy.
More so, some tasks require you to hire someone else to do the job for you, such as hiring bodyguards who could be out for this quiet Tingle. Fans of Zelda would be thrilled to check out Tingle’s life. It’s about time some of you discover the lives of these other characters. It can never always be just about Zelda.
