With the Wii’s Virtual Console, you don’t just get to play games you enjoyed in the past, you get to enjoy games you’ve never played before too – including games that weren’t released in the region. The US Virtual Console is gonna get two such games in the near future: Gley Lancer and Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa.

These two golden oldies were never released outside of Japan, though that’ll soon change, according to new ratings from the ESRB. Gley Lancer is a scrolling shooter set in space. (Yes, we’re also wondering whether it’s supposed to be Grey instead of Gley.) Bokutte Upa is a platformer from Konami.

Also coming to the US Virtual Console is Alex Kidd in Miracle World, and City Connection, both platform games. No release date for the games yet but we can expect to see them released on the VC in the near future. All of the games were rated E, except Gley Lancer, which was given an E 10+ rating.
