A new version is out for the Wii Homebrew Launcher from developer hell hibou. In case you missed the previous releases, Wii Homebrew Launcher can launch programs straight from your Front SD card and organizes them into a Wii Menu-style GUI. Each “Wiibrew Channel” is customizable with skins. You can even make skins of you own!

The program is now on version 0.7 and has a lot of new features and changes. Here they are, as enumerated by the dev (machine-translated from the original French):
