Wii to get a piece of Modern Warfare action

When we talk about top-tier FPS, the titles usually just fall into the usual platforms – PS3, Xbox 360, PC. Wii folks, worry not. You too will be getting a piece of all that action – Activision has announced that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, currently available on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, is now coming to the Wii.

You too will be getting a piece of all that action – Activision has announced that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, currently available on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, is now coming to the Wii.

Yes, you read that right. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare – not Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC). Ironically, the Wii version of the first will be released on the same day as the sequel.
