World of Warcraft: new March 7 hot fix additions to…the hot fix list! *UPDATE*
Yes, U.S. World of Warcraft players, another set of hot fixes have been slipped in once again. And these fixes look pretty welcome to us, folks!
Been scrounging Outland for that less-than-precious blue-greenish ore? Well Blizzard‘s turned up the yield knob and now veins should be sprouting more of Thorium for the aspiring miner and crafter.
Been running the gauntlet in Karazhan? Nightbane now will be a bit fair with his “skills”. This flying boss will be glued to the ground while casting his mass fear skill.
So just resist it with your best anti-fear talents and hack away! This is a hot fix to amend the fixes in the version 2.0.10 patch.
And if you’ve been tired playing “freeze” every time the Shade of Aran pops his special Flame Wreath spell, well…we’re not sure exactly what “processing the effect” means yet…but if it means that one member’s wrong step won’t turn everyone into firecrackers, that’s good isn’t it?
3/7/07:
- Nightbane will no longer cast “Bellowing Roar” (fear) while flying.
- All Thorium nodes’ yield of ore has been increased.
- Flame Wreath will allow players to remain in the flame while immune, without [processing] the effect.
- The Lurker Below should now spawn properly after a wipe.
