Wish you had your very own arcade cabinet at home huh? Well, at least virtually, this is as close as you can get. 3D ArcadePSP demo allows you to “walk around” a 3D environment (Myst-style) and activate the emulator by going to the Arcade cabinet on the corner. In this demo, playing on the Arcade cabinet will boot Mame4All.

Wish you had your very own arcade cabinet at home huh? Well, at least virtually, this is as close as you can get. PSP homebrew developer Spanner‘s 3D ArcadePSP demo is based on a PC app that’s used as a frontend for emulators.
It’s a frontend-type of GUI that allows you to “walk around” a 3D environment (Myst-style) and activate the emulator by going to the Arcade cabinet on the corner. In this demo, activating the Arcade cabinet (hit the L-trigger when you’re in front of it) will boot Mame4All.
Again, this is simply a demo. It would be nice if we could see where it could be applied and how far it can go.
