RUMOR: PS3 launch on March 23rd?
First, for the good news. SCEE‘s David Reeves reiterated that the PS3 will be launching in March, as planned previously. As for the bad news: TBWA, the company in charge of PS3 advertisements in London, has announced that their advertising campaign for the console begins late in the same month.
This seems to coincide with a recent report from retails sources who say the same thing – that the PS3’s launch will be moved back to March 23. Sony has yet to make full details on the PS3’s March launch, thought additional information is expected develop within the next few days. Keep in mind that this is just speculation based on interconnected announcements – we’ll let you know if anything solid comes up. Now, if it turns out to be true, we at least know of places for a console preview…
