Joytech releases details for their Wiimote light gun

The Joytech Wii sharpshooter - Image 1With Nintendo’s Blaster attachment for their Wii console’s Wiimote is still a point of speculation, it seems that manufacturer Joytech has beaten Nintendo to the draw with their own set of shooting irons, er, light guns. The new accessory has been dubbed the Sharp Shooter, and is advertised by the Joytech site as such:

  • Light gun attachment for Wii shooting games
  • Works on all TVÂ’s and displays
  • No batteries or untidy leads required

There were no further details on the Sharp Shooter’s price or release date. For the moment, we advise the hopefuls to wait for further news on either Joytech or Nintendo’s rigs. Given the way accessory trends work, we’ll also have to wait and see when the other manufacturers decide to start churning out their own variations on the Wiimote’s Blaster.
