Another pair of titles are headed to Australian Virtual Console in the form of Shadow Warriors and Mario & Yoshi. There hasn’t been any announcements as to when they’ll be making an appearance but they already have ratings from the Office of Film and Literature Classification.

You might not be familiar with Shadow Warriors by Tecmo, since it was released in North America and Japan as Ninja Gaiden. It was originally for the NES and gameplay was a classic beat ’em up. Mario & Yoshi on the other hand is better known as Yosshi no Tamago (Yoshi’s Egg) in Japan. It was also a NES classic and later ported to the Game Boy. Gameplay is much like Tetris with Mario baddies as blocks.

Anyway, there you have it. We’ll keep you posted as to when exactly Shadow Warriors and Mario & Yoshi gets to the Virtual Console.
