Wanna see NCSoft’s Tabula Rasa game room?
It’s nice to know that NCSoft is really pushing the envelope for upcoming MMO video game title Tabula Rasa. There are some contests available for fans to participate in and in terms of development status, TR is currently in closed beta testing.
Speaking of which, we thought we’d show you one of the company’s dedicated play room for the game. Before these rooms (as shown in the snapshot) were made as the Tabula Rasa game room, it was actually just a row of empty cubicles in NCSoft‘s office.
But with the help of Dell, the empty space was transformed into one of the more exciting places within NCSoft. The room features a number of Dell computers as well as TR-themed lighting and texture. Richard Garriott even showed Dell’s Global gaming chief Abizar Vakharia around.
We believe that this will be put to good use as we get nearer and nearer to the MMO’s release because NCSoft mentioned that the room is for regular gaming sessions for business partners, employees, and (gasp!) the press.
